Citigate Dewe Rogerson (CDR) has been appointed by Paris-based AlphaValue, the leading online independent European research firm, to bring its research proposition to the UK marketplace.

There is an increasing appetite for independent research in the UK, as investment banks lose their monopoly and regulation and cost-cutting affects analyst teams. AlphaValue offers independent research of approximately 500 European large caps at present. CDR will launch AlphaValue into the UK marketplace and work to raise its brand profile.
