The wireless home is now a reality and consumers expect high speed internet access and connectivity with the computer, TV and sound systems.  Citigate has been working with The Carphone Warehouse and its leading brands TalkTalk and AOL Broadband as they create the infrastructure, via Local Loop Unbundling, to provide good value services to ever-increasing numbers who demand them.

In April 2006 TalkTalk revolutionised the market with the launch of free broadband and Citigate advised on the PR-led launch which attracted 340,000 sign ups in the first few weeks.  Such demand created its own issues for the company and the industry as a whole and an open and honest approach with customers and the media meant that the brand remained trusted and continues to grow rapidly.
