As director of the Emerging Markets Unit, with 18 years at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, David is responsible for the agency's services to clients in those markets.  David has worked on IPO, M&A and corporate public relations and crisis communications projects in 19 emerging markets since 1992. Emerging market IPOs include TPSA, PKN Orlen, Pliva, Severstal, Kazkommertsbank, XXI Century and Pyaterochka. IPOs in 2007 have included VTB Bank, Pharmstandard and PIK Group.
