Sally Marshak has been with Citigate Dewe Rogerson for over 10 years and has extensive experience of working on IPOs and share offers, having advised on over 25 international equity offerings to date.  In addition she has advised a broad range of clients internationally on strategic financial media relations, investor relations activities and M&A transactions.  During 2000/1, Sally was Co-Head of the North American client group at CDR New York, giving her an understanding of both the US and European capital markets. 

Sally has particular expertise in the TMT sector having advised companies such as Ceske Radiokomunikace (Czech Republic), Convergence Communications (US), Equant (The Netherlands/US), Eutelsat (France), Floware (Israel), Metrocall (US), Olivetti (Italy), Optibase (Israel), Swisscom (Switzerland), Telecinco (Spain), Telecom Italia and UPC (The Netherlands).

Prior to joining CDR in 1995, Sally spent five years in the European Equity Capital Markets group at Schroders (now Citigroup).  Sally has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and speaks English and fluent Italian.
