In a fifteen year career in financial and corporate PR, Simon has advised a wide range of UK and international companies on retained financial communications and project work. M&A transaction work includes Morrisons/Safeway, AA/Saga and ITV/ntl. Simon has also advised on more than 20 IPOs including ITV, Empire Online and Investec. Simon has advised clients in many sectors and has a particular specialism for the retail, consumer industries and media sectors.

He also has extensive experience of crisis management and has worked on restructurings, shareholder actions, board disputes, CVAs and administrations, union campaigns, high profile legal disputes and court cases.
