Chris is an ex-journalist with a background in print and broadcast. He was media business correspondent, business correspondent and a City news editor of the Guardian newspaper. He was also business journalist of the year in the National Press Awards, has written for the Evening Standard and other national newspapers, and was a producer of business programmes at the BBC. At Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Chris has advised on many M&A and IPO transactions, on crisis communications including litigation support, and on several high profile restructurings.
