A founder director of Citigate and Head of Industrials, Ginny has worked in the City for over 25 years. She entered the public relations industry after 10 years in investment banking and broking with N.M. Rothschild & Sons Limited and Bankers Trust.

Significant experience includes strategic consultancy advice on over 30 company listings and over 60 M&A deals. During 2006/7 high profile campaigns/IPOs include: advising Ferrovial and the ADI Consortium’s £10.2bn acquisition of BAA; the formation of VT Group’s shipbuilding activities joint venture with BAE Systems; the successful flotations of All Leisure during turbulent stock market condition in October 2007  and the listing of May Gurney in infrastructure support services arena.
