Our team comprises 15 full time specialists based in Moscow. Dmitry Manakov has more than 20 years of experience in PR, marketing communications and publishing. Following four years as PR director at Volga-Dnepr Airlines, the world’s leader in oversized cargo transportation, he became Advertising and Marketing Director at Air Transport Observer magazine, a joint publication of Aviation Week & Space Technology, a McGraw Hills subsidiary (USA) and А.В.Е. Publishing House (Russia).
In 1998 Dmitry joined Infomost, which in 2011 became CDR Moscow, and in 2004 was appointed as CEO. Dmitry established Financial communications practice in Moscow and currently heads the CDR Moscow consulting team. He has been actively involved in communications campaigns for clients including Eurofinance, General Electric, Irkut Corporation, Volga-Dnepr, NPO Saturn, Siberia Airlines and East Line/Domodedovo and has led communications campaigns for clients such as Open Investments, EvrazHolding, CTC Media, TMK, MMK, Severstal, OGK-5 and 4 (RAO UES), Protek, Globaltrans and Mostotrest.
His prime focus is the strategic development of CDR Moscow, its growth and diversification.
He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Hungarian.
Dmitry is a graduate of the VKIMO Military Institute of Russia’s Defence Ministry.
Oksana Ionova joined CDR Moscow in 2006 and has been responsible for projects in financial communications and corporate public relations with a broad range of the leading companies across a variety of sectors, such as EADS, Eurocopter, Rolls-Royce, LSE, Sabre Holdings, Aeroflot, Volga-Dnepr Group, Germanwings, UTair Aviation, Forex Club and INTER RAO UES.
She has wide experience in IPO communications support, having worked on the transactions for companies such as Protek, Globaltrans, Mostotrest, Global Ports, and MegaFon. Oksana enhanced her international communications expertise working within the financial communications team at Citigate Dewe Rogerson’s Global Head Office (London, UK). Prior to joining CDR Moscow she worked at the Press department of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Oksana graduated with honours from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University), Public Relations department. She has PhD in Sociology. Oksana speaks English, French and Spanish.
Viktor joined CDR Moscow in 2008. He has an extensive experience in corporate, financial and marketing communications. Viktor is responsible for the development and execution of clients’ communications programs and leads a team of dedicated professionals in the corporate communications practice, specializing in telecoms and technology sectors.
Prior to joining CDR Moscow, Viktor worked as a PR-manager for the Olympic Committee of Russia in the Department of International Affairs where he was responsible for co-ordination of corporate sponsorship programs, event management in Russia and worldwide, implementation of PR and GR strategy and tactics with various sports authorities. As a brand executive in the Headquarters of National Savings bank (Sberbank), Viktor gained excellent experience in the area of brand management and marketing communications.
Viktor graduated from State University of Management with major in PR and advertising. Victor is fluent in English.
