A York University Theoretical Physics graduate, Martin joined Citigate Dewe Rogerson 16 years ago after nine years in Investment Banking, latterly as a sell-side and corporate analyst.  He is responsible for developing CDR’s international Natural Resources practice covering Oil & Gas, Mining and Biofuels.  Recent projects include IPOs of Kazakhstan’s KazMunaiGas EP and KazakhGold, and Dubai-based oil services engineer Lamprell.  M&A advisory includes Tullow Oil’s acquisition of dual listed Hardman Resources and Sterling Energy’s acquisition of US listed Whittier Energy.
