Seb joined Citigate Dewe Rogerson having previously worked in corporate finance with investment bank Singer & Friedlander Ltd. Presently Seb is based in the Doha, Qatar office where he coordinates Citigate’s Middle East business and marketing functions, also covering Dubai and Riyadh. Notable work in the region currently includes supporting the Qatar Investment Authority’s (QIA) strategic communications.

Seb has built up particular experience working cross-border for international companies. He has also advised on a large number of IPOs and M&A transactions for a broad range of clients across most sectors, including hostile bid defence work. Seb was educated at The University of Wales and University of North Carolina (USA). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Science and has passed the SFA’s corporate finance representative exams.
