Tom has fifteen years’ experience advising public and private companies on media and investor relations. During this time he has worked right across industry sectors and been involved in numerous M&A situations, as well as advising clients around corporate / debt restructurings. His work in the IPO market includes UK and international listings. Tom joined Citigate in 2006 and was previously a Partner at Financial Dynamics. He has an MBA from Imperial College, London.
